online IT Support Help Desk / Complaint Registration System has been
introduced in NUML, to provide Quality of Service (QoS) in a timely
fashion without any delay. Every complaint / support request can be
registered, logged and reviewed through this system.
For reference, system will automatically generate an e-mail which
includes ticket # on provided e-mail address,
so that end-user would be well aware about status of the compliant.
Moreover, this system will also maintain complete archives and
history of support requests.
A valid e-mail address is ONLY required to submit a complaint or
request for IT support.
